Refund policy
To return your items for a full refund or exchange you must let us know within 7 days of receiving your items/Purchase. You then have another 14 days to return the goods once you have told us.
All items must:
· Be unwashed
· Have all labels attached
· Be unused / not worn
· Have no makeup, fake tan or other marks.
· Not be smelling of washing powder/smoke/aftershaves etc.
· Be tried on indoors i.e., shoes
How to return an item:
1. Please fill in the returns form enclosed with your original order.
2. Pack up your parcel - making sure to include your form!
3. Return to us at the following address, please make sure your parcel is tracked
4. As soon as your parcel arrives with us, we will e-mail you.

Faulty Items
In the rare circumstance you receive a faulty item – please contact us at info@styledbymacs.co.uk with a picture of the fault and a description, so we can quickly resolve it.
Terms of Refund / Exchange
If you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, we reserve the right to not refund you and as such these items may be returned to you.
We do not offer free returns, nor will we refund the original shipping cost. All returns to us, are shipped at your own cost.
Please make sure all returns are sent tracked and have the returns form inside. If you have lost this form, it’s ok please include a note with your order number, name and email address.
